根据协议, Woodside 将设计、建造、拥有、维护和运营与 LanzaTech 技术相关的试点设施,同时双方还将就 LanzaTech 技术进一步探索其潜在的商业扩展机会。

除此之外, Woodside 已就 AMCI Acquisition Corp. II(NASDAQ:AMCI)的普通股私募股权投资 (PIPE)签订了一份认购协议。在完成拟议的业务合并后, Woodside 将向后者投资 5000 万美元 ,此后该公司将与 LanzaTech 合并并登陆纳斯达克交易市场,股票代码为“LNZA”。
